Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. We believe a lot of the world is misled by the church of the world and religion vs the one true church. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.
Many are called but few are chosen because many are misled by false teachers Matthew 7:13-15 so we help all who wants to know the truth how to find and know the truth of and by God and not of and by man.

The Wrong Guests

Pastor J. R. Wilhite, author   Close Window

If you read this study and only learn and understand what a devious liar Satan is and how to overcome his lies in your life, then you get at least half of it; even if you get nothing else out of this.

In this study, you need to understand that if offense is presence, so is the lie. Moreover, the offended person is so because they are in the lie and not the truth. If a lie comes and you see it for what it is, it will not offend. You will cast it away or down for what it is; the truth can never be offended by a lie. Only a lie can be offended by the truth. Now, when offense comes to me, I look for the lie in me and seek the truth in what is offensive. In doing so, I will get to the point to be able to discern the lie from the truth and cast it down.

Here is an analogy for you to ponder:

You live in a room, and it is only large enough for 10 people. However, there are 10 guests and you; so, it is already overcrowded by one. Who goes - you or one of them? The answer is one or more of them, because you are the only one who belongs there. The other 10 are guests; no matter if they were invited or not, they are still guests. Welcomed guests leave when asked, unwelcome ones will not. Moreover, you find the 10 guests not only unwelcome, but they are causing confusion, division, and hate.

Here are the 11 in that overcrowded room - including those 10 unwelcome guests:

  1. Offense
  2. Strife
  3. Envy
  4. Jealousy
  5. Hate
  6. Judgementalness
  7. Un-forgiveness
  8. Condemnation
  9. Lust
  10. Deceit
  11. YOU - You become part of the lie and do not realize it because you have been deceived, confused, divided, etc.

{Then you learn of 9 guests you would prefer instead of the 10 you have}

Now, here is that room - including those 9 preferred guests:

  1. Love
  2. Joy
  3. Peace
  4. Patience
  5. Kindness
  6. Gentleness
  7. Goodness
  8. Faithfulness
  9. Self control
  10. YOU - You become part of the truth due to your 9 guests.

You see the idea as told to us by Paul in:

2 Corinthians 10

5. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Why did Paul say imaginations instead of thoughts? Since thoughts are lower than imaginations, Paul wanted us to look for the lie everywhere in us, not just our thoughts but also our imaginations. One thing I have learned - if a person does not realize that Satan can and does impose his thoughts on us, they will accept them as their own. Since we thought it, it must be ours, right? Wrong…Satan planted it. He knows that through his measures of deception coupled with our lack of knowledge, we will accept these thoughts and then make them our own. From there, he has won the battle not the war.

Understand that true knowledge is the ability to discern spirits and, in this case, thoughts as well.

In previous studies, we stated that there is a physical side and a spiritual side to every verse in the Bible. The Old Testament itself can be considered the physical side while the New is the Spiritual side. Let us go to the Old Testament (physical side) to learn what knowledge is:

Deuteronomy 1:39 (LIT)

|3045| have knowledge of

Strong's Ref. # 3045

Romanized yada`

Pronounced yaw-dah'

Remember what Jesus said about judging?

Matthew 7

  1. Judge not, that ye be not judged.

So as we judge others we also will be judged, as we condemn another we also are condemned.

2. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

(The more we judge, the more we are judged. In John 3:17, it states Jesus did not come to condemn (judge) but to save. Whom would it serve to get us judged more, Jesus or Satan? If you said Satan, you would be correct.}

3. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

{In so many words, we must be sure we have nothing to be judged for before we can even consider judging another. When you are perfect and sin free, then you can judge; but then you will not because you will understand, there are only two reasons for judging.

  1. You judge that the fire is hot and will burn you if you enter it.
  2. You judge another so you are judged; to continue to do so would lead you to Satan and not God.}

4. Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5. Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Here is one more example of the many you can find in the word about "judging"

John 8

7. So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

When we continuously cast down ever thought or imagination no matter how large or small, we get out the 10until all 10 are gone. They will be replaced with the 9 preferred guests. It is up to us to do this, and not God. God is waiting to enter, but He cannot fully enter us until we have all of the lie (Satan and World) out. Otherwise, there is just no room for Him to fully enter. Where He cannot fully enter and is fully welcome, He does not enter. God is not like Satan. Satan will force and refuse to leave; God will only enter when requested after we have made it ready for Him to enter in every way.

Imagine that there is a ten-step ladder of knowledge. I truly believe we are just preparing to step up on the first step. And the biggest lie we believe from Satan is that we are higher on this ladder than we are. By doing this, he gets us into a false sense of security in what we know.

I have heard preachers preach the following:

A group of young demons was walking down a street getting their first assignments. One very young demon says, "let me enter this house", but the senior demon goes "oh no. In this house you would be damaged or destroyed; they know the Lord and the word far too well for even I to enter".

The idea here is that the preacher is strong in the spirit. However, suppose the truth is that he/she only believes they are, and actually are not. Subsequently, Satan uses that against them, so he can come and go without their ever wondering about it or even knowing he is there. Then, Satan could manipulate this preacher to teach, and then those listening would believe a lie that serves Satan, not them or God.

Do not think I am judging those who say it, I use it because it is a good analogy and the only ones who know if they are being deceived or actually that strong in the spirit is God.

I thou would want to be 150% sure first because if I have learned anything it is just how little we truly know.

My job here is not to judge, condemn, or bring anyone into account for their words or actions. Instead, it is to expose the ways Satan will deceive us; so he can get less and less of us for his use.

God Bless You as you hear His words and follow His leading.
