Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. We believe a lot of the world is misled by the church of the world and religion vs the one true church. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.
Many are called but few are chosen because many are misled by false teachers Matthew 7:13-15 so we help all who wants to know the truth how to find and know the truth of and by God and not of and by man.

Why Do I Not Have ?

Pastor J. R. Wilhite, author   Close Window

Hosea 4

6. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

(Revelation 1

6. And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.)

If you will do the following, this study can help you learn the truth - why you are not more blessed in areas of your life:

  1. Be honest with yourself in every area discussed in this study.
  2. Before continuing, be sure there is no offense or strife in you at this moment.
  3. Understand this study is to set you free not tie you up in more bondage. Before you can be blessed, you need to know what is stopping you from being blessed.

The following are the 3 keys to succeeding in the kingdom of God.

Matthew 7

1. Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4. Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5. Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

A person's own unforgiveness of themselves can keep them from a blessing as fast as unforgiveness of another.

Mark 11

25. And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

26. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Faith - believing without any form of doubt.

Hebrews 11

1. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

6. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Some miss their blessing because their eyes are on the hand of God, and not His face.

Matthew 6

33. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Something else, I have seen people get offended when someone offered help because they thought the person was saying he/she were a Christian to get money.

Offense and strife are tools Satan uses with us to cut us off from God.

We all believe we are saved by Jesus, that it is what He did at the cross that opens the door to the kingdom of God for us.

In this one area we are all the strongest in our faith - our belief.

Because our belief in this area is so strong, we are not able to be blessed in some other areas.

If you pray and ask God to keep you strong and to make sure you do not backslide, then anything else you pray for that would come against this will not be answered.

You see, our prayers are not answered based on what is best for us, but on where we are the strongest in our faith.

Mark 11

22. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

23. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

25. And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

26. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

For us to have whatever we desire we only have to believe, forgive, and have faith in God. That is all that Jesus said we had to have.

There is no scripture that says God will only be answer our prayers based on what is good for us.

Matthew 5

45. That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust

What separates us is faith. Everyone has faith - Faith in ourselves; faith in God; faith in what we do; faith in God's promises.

Yes, the unjust have faith as well, and it works for them as well.

All faith is, is belief without doubt.
If you have doubt in your belief then you have no faith.

However, belief without doubt is true faith, and all can have it.

The difference is that a believer in God and that is saved has faith that is supernatural (Spiritual) VS the faith of the natural (physical).

If your faith is stronger in one area than another, which it is for all of us, then the area that your faith is the strongest is where you will be the most successful including and especially in the kingdom.

Let's say you are praying for your healing and for debt relief.

And your strength is in healing over finances, the your healing will come first no matter how much you want the other to come first.

Faith is like rain, it either works for all or it does not…like it rains either on all or none.

I have found is that most have asked God to make them strong and keep them strong as far as their salvation goes. Then, they pray for funds to pay off debt, but the prayer for the funds would affect their salvation. Since they are stronger in their belief of their salvation over help with debt relief, the funds do not come, or their faith for debt relief does not happen.

How could a prayer for debt relief affect a person's salvation?

This is where some of you may miss it. So, take a moment and be sure you have no stress or offense before reading this, or you will miss it.

When relieved of debt a person may lose sight of the place they need to be in life with God.

I will use an extreme example, and remember I said this is the extreme.

A person has always had heavy debt and never really knew what it is like to live with plenty. Then one day, they inherit a billion dollars.

What they have after taxes is more than $580 million.

Even at 2% a year in most savings this would mean $11.6 million a year income. After taxes it would still be as much as $7 million a year or about $580,000 a month.

Here is what will happen for people with this type of windfall:

  1. Their life style changes and they live the life of a jet setter.
  2. They get very tight in fear of losing it, will not spend any, and trust no one.
  3. They try to live as they did before, but after a few bad experiences with some so-called friends, they find they can not trust anyone.
  4. They give it all away after paying their debt off.

God does not want us in debt. If anything He wants us to have plenty, but we are not always able to handle what we get.

Notice above, I never said after taxes and tithe. This is because I have found most (not all, but almost all) look at the size the tithe would be, and then decide it is too much and give less.

The root of all evil is not money; it is the love of money that is the root of all evil.

It is easy to say you will be a certain way, if you do not have it.

If you are honest with yourself, you will admit you have no idea, how you would really act if you got a large blessing like above. Of course, we all hope we would handle it the right way. And there is one way to know somewhat how you would handle it.

Do you tithe now on what you have now?

If you do not, how can you really expect to handle more or better, if you cannot handle less, right?

What happens is we ask God in prayer by faith to keep us strong in Him, and in this area of our faith we are the strongest. Otherwise, we would not be saved in the first place.

Then, we ask for help with our debt, and now there is a conflict. It is not God, that says no, but our faith that says no.

So to overcome our lack and our debt we have to be responsible with little to have much.

And, to start we tithe. We learn all there is to know about the tithe, and we tithe to where we are fed. Not to where we attend church or to where man tells us to tithe, but where we are fed the word of God.

If you are not responsible enough to research and learn this and to tithe, how can you ever expect more.

Notice how our prayers are answered, salvation first, then healing, then relationships and finances last.

Seek God on this, ask Him to help you overcome whatever that is keeping you from receiving your blessings all of them.

For those of you who do not believe God wants us to have plenty, read this:

Matthew 6

10. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

"Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven", is there any debt, lack, sickness, etc in heaven? Of course not; so it is God's will for the same here.
