How to Have Answered Prayers

To have a prayer answered, first you need to know that to
"pray" is to "ask".
My prayer for you is: 3 John 1 2.
Genesis 12
13. Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister: that it may
be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live
because of thee.
So to pray is to ask, then you need to know who you are asking and what power there is in the asking. You should be praying to God and the power is bestowed upon you from God.
1 Corinthians 1
24. But unto them which are called, both Jews
and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the
wisdom of God.
To be of Christ is to be of the Spirit of God, in, on,
and through you, or you can say it is to be to anointed
in His Spirit. "Christ" is a Greek word for the "anointing",
and in Luke 4:18 Jesus tells us He was anointed with
the Spirit of God. Knowing He is the Christ, we find that
the anointing is in God Spirit. The power of God comes
from His Spirit, so, if you are anointed of His Spirit, you
are of His power and wisdom.
Let us look at the spoken word; it is very important.
John 1
1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was
with God, and the Word was God.
2. The same was in the beginning with God.
3. All things were made by him; and without him was
not any thing made that was made.
4. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness
comprehended it not.
So we know that all that was created was done via the
spoken word of God.
Mark 4
11. And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
12. That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
13. And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?
14. The sower soweth the word.
15. And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh imediately,
and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.
16. And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, imediately receive it with gladness;
17. And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, imediately they are offended.
18. And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,
19. And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it
becometh unfruitful.
20. And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.
Isaiah 55
11. So shall my word be that goeth forth out of
my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it
shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall
prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
So God's word will not return to Him void.
John 1
14. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
We see in the above verse that God's word became flesh, not void. So we receive our savior and salvation via the word.
Romans 10
17. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Our faith even comes by the word.
Matthew 6
9. After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11. Give us this day our daily bread.
12. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
14. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15. But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
We are taught to pray for His will to be done in earth as it is in heaven. Are there any lost souls in Heaven?
NO
Poverty in Heaven?
NO
Sickness in Heaven?
NO
Illness in Heaven?
NO
So, should there be any of those things here if it is God's will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven?
NO
So, we are given His word and it is spoken by us and it will not return to Him void.Any prayer that is spoken and done so in faith in Him will be answered.
Mark 11
22. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25. And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
John 14
26. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
1 John 2
27. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
If you have a friend, a loved one, or just someone you know who you think is not saved, put their name in prayer and speak it and it will return to God with them in it.The same goes for healing, speak over it, and remember "By His Stripes you were healed". Finances, well what better form of a mountain should we move than debt? Speak over it, believe, praise God and watch it go.
I Peter
24. Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
Remember to show faith when you pray, then praise and give thanks.
