Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. We believe a lot of the world is misled by the church of the world and religion vs the one true church. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.
Many are called but few are chosen because many are misled by false teachers Matthew 7:13-15 so we help all who wants to know the truth how to find and know the truth of and by God and not of and by man.

Fear, Curses, and Lies

Pastor J. R. Wilhite, author   Close Window

We are fed the lies, and fear of the world so we fall under the curse and not the blessing.

First understand that fear is a twisted form of faith satan uses. faith brings confidence, fear takes it away, faith brings expectation of things that are good and uplifting. fear brings worry, concern of nothing good or uplifting, and doom.

Most fear is given to us of the world, like the fear of spiders, or heights, or closed in areas. some say this is healthy fear, there is no healthy fear other that that of god. fear of god is one of two things, it is reverence from those who know him and love him. and it is doom and gloom type of fear from those who reject him.

1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

Gen 15:1 (KJV)

17 And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.

Gen 21:17 (KJV)

23 And he said, Peace be to you, fear not: your God, and the God of your father, hath given you treasure in your sacks: I had your money. And he brought Simeon out unto them.

Gen 43:23 (KJV)

The above verses show we should not fear God (unless it is reverence) if we know Him and have not rejected Him.

6 Is not this thy fear, thy confidence, thy hope, and the uprightness of thy ways?

Job 4:6 (KJV)

Job had a fear and that fear gave an opening to Satan to enter and destroy him.

3 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

Job 2:3 (KJV)

The above verse was translated nearly 300 years ago and in the King James language of that day it meant, "what is in your heart against my servant Job?" God was not offering Job to Satan, but asking Satan what he was doing.

28 And fear not them, which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

matt 10:28 (KJV)

A couple of points here; first we only would fear God if we reject Him. If we embrace Him we will have no more fear of Him. Next, notice it says soul and body in hell, nothing about spirit. You are a soul with a body and God's gift is the Spirit He gives us, but the spirit is not meant for hell.

28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the comandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I comand you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.

Deut 11:28 (KJV)

The curse comes from disobedience. It is like a rainstorm; if you do not get under the umbrella you will get wet. God's blessings are the same way. You get under them or you walk in the curse. Like the rain, it hits those who it hits, and that is it, but the blessings are for everyone who is under God.

14 Bless them, which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Romans 12:14 (KJV)

We are not to curse anyone; we are to be a blessing.

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Gal 3:10-13 (KJV)

If we are to live by faith, then what is the one thing Satan will attack? Our faith, right? If Satan can get us out from faith and into fear he has gotten us from blessings to the curse.

3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

Rev 22:3 (KJV)

In other words there shall be no more curse, because there is no more fear, no more lies, no more Satan, nothing but the blessing.

My prayer for you is that you are walking solid in faith and the blessings of God. Amen
