Do You Live in a Fantasy World?
Most people believe that they are realists living in a world of reality. In fact, many are living in a fantasy world.
There are two ways to change the world:
Anything else is a fantasy. God is not a fantasy and if you look into what it took (as I have done) to create or evolve on the earth all the life we have today, even the most hardened of evolutionists will agree that it is too much to believe. What do I mean by too much?
Here are some of the many chance happenings that had to occur to bring life, as we know it, to the earth.
The list goes on and on and to list all the chance happenings would take more pages than the Bible itself. More scientists who have set out to prove by science all we are and to disprove God have instead discovered God.
The idea of a missing link based or the Neanderthal man is one that now is coming into more question than not. In the Bible people lived for 500-900 years. It is possible that they could have developed so much calcium build up and other changes to the skeleton that today would be seen as a different species like Neanderthal man.
Over a 100 years ago Noah's flood was considered to be more myth than fact. Today it is more fact than myth based on science. Before the flood the earth was enclosed in a bubble of water that kept the climate the same year round over the entire planet and the atmosphere would have been richer and thicker. Life would have been different, especially since there would not have been great oceans but at best small lakes.
Imagine the earth with only a tenth of the water it now has and most people living below today’s sea level by as much as 200- 1000 feet below. Yes, cities and towns are being discovered that low off the coasts of the Old World. Imagine how green the earth must have been and how much more colorful and how much deeper and richer the colors were?
The idea of this threatens so many because it does not fit their idea of how life began. They believe an accident, a big bang, started the universe and here on earth as the volcanoes threw out their lava and then cooled landmasses formed. To a degree that is correct, but to believe a single cell organism came out of primordial ooze, crawled up on land, and began to evolve into monkeys and then to us is sad since there is no evidence of it.
They talk about a missing link and how close the DNA of an ape is to man, the closest of all creation. Just because we are close does not make us related. If that is the case there are many people we should wonder about because they are not just close in our DNA but even looks. How about a planet that is similar to Earth, like Mars? Some believe life existed on Mars a long time ago because they have found a thin atmosphere, traces of what could have been water, and all that the world calls the building blocks of life. I will not bore you with details. You can research them for yourself, but just because it has the appearance and similarities of earth does not mean it ever was like earth or for that matter ever had life.
If anything it proves my point above that the exact location in space from the sun and size are required to create life, where Mars was not the same and missed it. Maybe if Mars had been closer to the size of the earth and on a dead opposite location of our orbit around the sun it may have had life. It would need a moon if there were oceans, otherwise they would be stagnant cesspools without tides to keep things moving.
The reason we search is to find out who we are, why we are, and what it is all about.
There are those who realize what reality really is and know what they can do to change it and then do it. The rest of the realists accept the fact that maybe they can not change it all but they can change their little part.
Those in a fantasy world want to re-write everything. Like the holocaust of WWII, they want to forget such a horrific thing, done to people by people, ever happened and by forgetting, it did not happen. But it did happen and I honestly believe that which you forget you are doomed to repeat. Guilt is a very effective emotion to keep us in check to prevent another holocaust but the truth is it did happen.
Someone may not understand or even realize that everyone is not like them. Actually no one is like them; we are all individuals, independent and different in our own ways. For those who can not comprehend this it is frightening at the very least or they just can not get a handle on it and expect everyone to be like them and think like them. So if they want a society that is giving and loving it should be easy to have, since they believe basically that all think the same way. Instead of changing what they can they try to change what they can not and spend their life getting nothing done.
Then there are those who think everyone else is a moron or an idiot, not able to take care of themselves and in need of someone to think for them, to make decisions for them because they are not capable to do so on their own.
It is sad to say but there are many of this last group ranging from talk show hosts on television and radio to politicians and world leaders. They force their ideas and beliefs on others or worse; they agree in public but in private do the opposite.
Life consists of random chances and choices. Some people can make awesome choices, which subsequently bless them in finances, relationships, etc. While others can not seem to decide on what to wear or eat for the day. And others who, no matter what choice they make, always seem to make the wrong one.
Living in this world requires either faith or luck. Luck is based on the world’s giving you a break or your being able to make the right choices and getting all the good random chances. On the other hand faith helps one through it all knowing, no matter what, on the other side all will be well.
There are two types of faith. Normal faith is faith that we all have like faith of oneself, faith in what one does, faith in the world. This type of faith will work but it has an up and down side as well. The other faith is the faith in God that Jesus spoke of in Mark 11:22, the type of faith that is not of this world. The faith that is based on knowledge, not on luck, a faith that is more solid and real and explainable than that of the world.
Romans 10

Now let's examine Romans 10:17. Faith is believing without doubt. You have faith when doubt is removed. Faith comes by hearing, not reading, but actually hearing. The idea of hearing then gives way to a preacher or someone teaching. Which is partly correct.
John 14
26. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Jesus said we are to be taught ALL THINGS, not just those of God, but all things by the Holy Ghost (Spirit).
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
John 1
14. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
By hearing the word of God - Jesus is the word that became flesh. So it is by Jesus, or as He said by the Holy Ghost, but that is Jesus as the Christ.

Christ is the anointing. So what is the anointing?
Imagine a sponge so wet it is dripping water; that sponge is anointed with water.
With what was Jesus anointed?
Luke 4
18. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
He was anointed with the Spirit of the Lord; so when we are taught via the Spirit we are taught by the word, Jesus.
Never forget you have an enemy and he is out to divide us from God.
Matthew 12
25. And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:
God told us that which destroys us as much as anything is a lack of knowledge.
Hosea 4
6. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
(Before you think the above does not mean you because of the reference to priests read Revelation 1:6)
Before going on understand this - in Revelation 1-3 Jesus talks about the seven churches in the last days. Not of tribulation but before, and He says of the seven only one is the true church and the rest are not. That means there is only one of seven who are of the true church. The rest are living in a fantasy world designed by Satan to keep them in check.
Anything you want to know from creation to life, about either and all else is yours to be gotten by just listening, but Satan knows this as well so we have to be sure about from whom we are hearing.
1 John 4
1. Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3. And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
Anyone who does not believe Jesus came in the flesh is of Satan; Jehovah Witnesses do not believe that Jesus came in the flesh. So does that mean they are of Satan? Yes as long as they do not believe Jesus came in the flesh. "But they do so much, they are out all the time, door to door, bringing people to God." Yes, but what god? The way to Hell is paved with good intentions.
In the 4th century Rome the ruler Constantine decided (having just been saved) that a law requiring all to be of Christ in order to own land or have power would make more accept Jesus. In actuality all it did was put more anti-Christians in power of the church itself. This is not the church Jesus spoke of but the church of this world.
The one true church is comprised of individuals who have heard from God regarding who Jesus is as the Son of God and Christ. I am sorry, but when we accept Jesus as Lord it does not make us a part of the church or the body of Christ. We have to seek God and learn the truth to be of the truth. Those who have done so are the church.
Matthew 16
15. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16. And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
18. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
The Mormons believe that God came from a planet of Gods and that we all will become a god.
The Catholics have men to intervene between men and God as it was before Jesus and are definitely into idols, temples, etc.
The apostles and all those who lived in Jesus’ day missed His coments about the temple. They kept thinking He meant the physical temple building when He was talking about the human body. The entire reason the Jews did not and do not accept Jesus as the messiah is because they were expecting a physical king to rule not a spiritual one. Yes, He came physically but He came to re-unite us in the Spiritual, not the physical. That is why He said He would divide.
Matthew 10
34. Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
37. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
We would either be of this world or not. He came to re-unite us with the Father, but to do so means to change and have no other before Him. He said this not to be mean or cruel but to be loving. He knew that a person divided between the two could not survive.
James 1
We have to be of a single mind with Love for God first, then our spouse, children, parents, etc. But those who try to love both equally or will put anything of this physical world above God will be drawn by this physical world more and then be torn between the two.
So either you live in a fantasy world where you think change comes by changing that which you can not and never get anything done but create chaos. Or you live life by something more of another realm, a realm more real and true than our own.
Faith is like gravity; it works for all but, those who know who created faith have a heads up on the rest.
Do not buy into the confusion and chaos of this world. Find peace, true love and understanding along with clarity by God.
