Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.

Five Simple Steps to a Happy Healthy Life

That is right there are five very simple steps to make life better and even extend it and have a higher quality of life.

Step 1. The first thing you do when you get up is acknowledge God and all He has and will do for you. A quick thank you is ok when you are short on time. The more you praise Him first the better your day will go.

Step 2. Eat a healthy breakfast and be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. If you have trouble drinking water do as I do and suck on ice until it melts in your mouth.

Step 3. Walk at least 1 mile a day, not a fast walk, but not a snails crawl either. And if possible do it twice a day once alone with God. Once with a loved one it is a great time to talk.

Step 4. Spend 30 minutes a day listening, not talking or praying but listening for the voice of God.

Step 5. When you go to bed at night remember to thank God for the day.

If you do these five things religiously you will live a longer and happier life.

Here is the reasoning behind it all along with some very important scriptures.

Starting the day off with God sets your mind at peace and will help reduce stress and attacks from the enemy.

Eating a healthy breakfast sets your eating habit for the day. Plus it is proven the body when it does not get food in decides it is starving and stores fat. And this can happen within 12 hours of the last meal you ate. So by skipping meals you do not loose weight you can gain weight. Those who eat 4 - 6 meals a day loose more weight than those who eat 2-3 meals a day. Do not give the body a chance to convert to fat because you did not eat. If you are not hungry eat an energy bar.

The body on it's own with no real activity looses between 20-80 ounces of water a day. If it is not replaced bad things will start to happen the older you get because you are mostly made up of water. Plus drinking 64-80 ounces of water a day will help flush toxins from your system and can even help keep you regular.

A walk will help burn calories and helps exercise muscles, as well as gives you a chance to visit without interruptions like the television or phone with God and/or a loved one.

Until you are hearing from God (John 14:26 and I John 2:27) and guided of Him you are lost no matter what anyone states, no man or woman alive other than Jesus has come close to perfection or knowing enough to count (I John 4:1-3).

Walking with a loved one for 30 - 60 minutes will do more for your relationship than you can ever imagine as long as you both talk and do listen to each other.

When you are right with God, your loved ones and your body is performing at its peak nothing can bring you down.

As far as finances they only effect you as much as you let them. No one has ever resolved a debt by worrying but many have by turning it over to God I Peter 5:7.

As far as judging, condemning or not forgiving these are all things we should not be doing, we should never judge or condemn anyone. And we should always forgive no matter what. If God based our forgiveness on our set of scales I doubt any of us would ever be forgiven. And without forgiveness there is no salvation (Matthew 7:1-5, John 3:17 and Mark 11:25-26).
