Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. We believe a lot of the world is misled by the church of the world and religion vs the one true church. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.
Many are called but few are chosen because many are misled by false teachers Matthew 7:13-15 so we help all who wants to know the truth how to find and know the truth of and by God and not of and by man.

Deliverance and Freedom at Last
Part II of V

Pastor J. R. Wilhite, author   Close Window

This one study can be the most important of all the studies you have ever read. It can deliver you from anything and everything to which you are in bondage such as health issues, debt, lack, relationship problems, etc.

Even though this study covers a lot of what you already know, it will also have some new in it. The way it is put together is to emphasize what has been in other studies, but due to the content of those studies it may not have made the impact this one should.

Can this study offend anyone? Yes; actually anything can offend any of us depending on our mind set. If we are already angry or offended then it takes very little to offend us more. So as usual I ask you take some time and pray and get you prepared for this study.

From here on out, no matter if I ask you to do this or not, please always do this.

1. Spend some time unwinding and getting over any offense or strife.

2. Seek God's guidance in hearing and understanding what you are about to read.

3. Read it over a few times so it can get it deep down into you.

Words have lost their meaning over the centuries, and this was no accident. Satan knows full well that in words there is not just meaning but power as well. Remember how God created everything; He did it by speaking it into being.

Genesis 1

1. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

A pastor who I thought highly of and still would if he were still with us, told me one day that by saying "God Bless you" to someone when they sneeze is taking God's name in vain. I thought he had lost it. All I was doing was blessing someone and how could that be wrong? It is not wrong to want to bless another, but you do not have to say "God" to bless another. Satan knew full well the more we said a word the less it would mean and when you use something over and over it is taking it in vain. Jesus even warned us against repetition.

Matthew 6

1. Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

2. Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

3. But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

4. That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

5. And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

6. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

7. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

He told us how to pray, when to pray, where to pray and what to pray.

Matthew 6

8. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

9. After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11. Give us this day our daily bread.

12. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

14. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

15. But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Some of you may be thinking I know this, I know how to pray. Do you really? Did you know that if you pray outside of the above prayer and outside of the way Jesus told us to it could cause your prayer to go without being answered?

Mark 11

22. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

23. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

25. And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

26. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

If you pray for the same thing over and over again you could be showing doubt and due to your doubt you could be stopping the prayer from being answered. Yes, some things you pray for more than once, but for the most part, you should pray for something only once, then thank and praise God for the answer before it even manifests.

Where the problem comes in is understanding what the word pray or prayer means. In the strictest form of the word "pray" means to "ask", but as we use it, it actually means pray, talk, listen, and praise.

When we pray for God's help, we need to show our faith by allowing Him time to answer the prayer. Here is an example of what I mean:

On Friday night you call someone in another state and ask for $100. They say they will put it in the snail mail the next day. You know it will take a few days for it to get to you,

but you talk to them again on Sunday and Monday. Do you now ask them for the $100 again? Of course not! You know you do not have it in hand yet because of the time it takes for snail mail to reach you. If anything you would thank them for sending the $100.

That is how we should treat God. We ask once, and then we praise unceasingly until we have it. Another word misused to the point of losing its meaning is the word "good".

Mark 10

18. And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.

The word good comes from the same base word as God. Many if not all of our words have lost their meaning due to wrong or over use of them. Actually the English language is a poor language; it is nothing compared to Hebrew. The Hebrew language has more in depth meaning. Think about this, the entire world has made English the second or first language of their country. Realizing how English is such a poor substitute for Hebrew, now think about how the English language in the US is even worse than that of England.

US English is more of a slang than a language.

Why is knowledge of this important? Because it helps you see how far Satan has and will go to reduce our words to nothing. The more you know, the less Satan can affect you.

Hosea 4

6. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Before you think this does not mean me, I am not a priest, read Revelation 1:6

Revelation 1

6. And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

An old saying that I heard a lot growing up is another example of how Satan is manipulating us and our words. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me." That is a lie straight from Hell. Words can hurt way more than sticks or stones. A wound from a stick or stone that does not kill you in time will heal, where a word may never leave after it is said.

If you think about and are honest with your self about fairy tales, certain holidays, and what they represent from the world's point of view, you will see how they are feeding the world into us instead ofGod .

What Satan counts on is our way of thinking. If you would take a few minutes and think about the following you will see what I am getting at.

We feel that things as they are, have been the same since the beginning of time. Even though we know this is not true. It remains a fact that anything that was here when we came into this world appears to have been here forever. If it has been here a long time then it must be ok. To what things am I referring?

Now most may not realize all of this especially the last part, but it is a wall in us separating us from God.

Where is the glory to God in all of this, who does all of this serve the most?

If you need me to answer the above question you need to take spend time with God until you understand the truth.

VCRs, to some degree CD's, computers, etc have been around as long as my youngest child maybe. She is 15 and as far as she is concerned all I mentioned have always been here. If it has always been here and no one has stopped it, it must be ok.

Are you starting to see what I am getting at, how we have been deceived from the beginning by Satan?

The 3 biggest mistakes people make in this area:

  1. They think they know it all or at least enough.
  2. Satan to be concerned with them; he has bigger fish to fry.
  3. We accept things because they are here and are accepted by others.

Before you read this next part be sure you are in the right mind set.

Many fall into the biggest trap, first what is the biggest trap?

The -------- Ministry (denomination/non-denomination) I belong to has it right, because they have been here for hundreds of years. And/or because so many belong to it, they could not have deceived this many. Last but not least because I like what they say it does not go against the grain of what I believe.

1 Corinthians 1

11. For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.

12. Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.

13. Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

Think about it and be honest with yourself, if this problem Paul writes about that happened in the first century church, how much more is it today?

1 Corinthians 1

11. For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.

12. Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Luther; and I of Pentecostal; and I of Mormon; and I of Christ.

13. Is Christ divided? was Luther crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Luther?

Over time problems do not get better, they get worse.

Who does a church/ministry serve? They usually teach that you must belong to them, that either they are the only ones who have it right, or that alone you can not make it.

Do not get me wrong; I believe in the church. I just do not believe in the world or its church. Why are we not taught from day one that we can and should be listening to and actually hearing God's voice? I have not been asked to preach or teach in churches due to their fear that I will say something that goes against the grain. I might teach that you do not tithe until you understand the tithe and then tithe only to where you are fed.

I might say you may as well burn the money you tithe if it is not done correctly.

How about this? There should be no offering plates passed, only a box or two in the back where someone can give in private, not publicly to be "shamed" in to putting something in the plate when it is passed to them. People with the right heart will put more into the offering under the right circumstances.

Matthew 6

6. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Prayer is not the only thing you should do in private. One who gives to boast about the one doing the giving has no other reward..

Matthew 6

The theme through out the entire Bible is that God is seeking one. In the physical that means actually one man/woman, but in the spiritual it means a one on one, not a corporate relationship.

Fasting is something between you and God, not your church, you and God. Proper fasting will happen and then you will realize you fasted.

Luke 4

1. And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

2. Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

Jesus was not hungry until afterwards. When we fast it is not always food, or just food.

Fasting can be of television, music, etc or any combination or all things. Most of the time you will spend time with God and the afterwards realize you went for some time without something(s) and then miss it. There is the fast that God will call you to, this is for a few different reasons.

  1. To purge something from you, like some form of food, or cigarettes, etc.
  2. Growth, to help you grow in an area or areas of your life.
  3. Prayer, for yourself or another.

Normally one of the above 3 will be the reason God will call you to a fast. Some will fast more than others. There may even be some who fast so little it appears they do not fast at all. The key is to understand that what God does and has for another may not be the same as what He has for you.

What have we learned so far:

  1. Satan is a liar and will deceive us every chance he can.
  2. We can not grow on our own, and that the truth is, that the truth can only be found in God, not man or Satan.
  3. Most of what we believe and have been taught is a lie or at the very least not accurate.

Remember God created the earth for us, not us for the earth, and then he gave mankind dominion over the earth and all it has. Adam in turn then gave that away to Satan.

Satan does what he does out of jealousy of us. Satan has been and always will be jealous of our relationship with God and the place God has for us in Him.

We are told in Hosea 4:6 we are destroyed due to a lack of Knowledge. Then in John 14:26 that we are to be taught all things, not just the word, but all things by God. And then in I John 2:27 we are told this again, but this time God added that we are not to be taught by man.

So why should you read any further," Why should you not stop reading this and seek God? You should do just that, stop reading this and seek God, but the problem is the biggest trap that most have fallen into, is just why you need for now to read this.

The trap I am talking about is that we think we are hearing from God, that we have that one on one relationship I talk about. I thought that for the longest time. I read His word, I prayed I tried to walk as Jesus did. I tithed and sowed and gave of all I had, of myself, my money, my things. I knew I did not know it all, but I thought I knew enough to at least know what I mentioned in the previous sentence. But what Satan does is, he allows us to get close, close enough to think we have it, but not close enough to truly have it completely.

1 Corinthians 1

24. But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

Before Satan was Satan, he was Lucifer, one of only three arch angels. The only anointed angel ever. So Satan understood the power, he knew as long as we did not have the anointing, the power and wisdom, he had us.

I remember growing up thinking that Christ was the last name of Jesus or His title. It was not until the end of 1990 that I came to the knowledge of what Christ meant. Even then it took a year to get in me and really understand that much. Christ or Christos is Greek, in English it means anoint.

Luke 4

18. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

Based on what Jesus said He was anointed with the Spirit of the Lord. Since He is the Christ that means that Christ is the Spirit of God, in us, on us and all the way through us.

We are to have the Spirit of God as a sponge has water when it is saturated.

Here is an outline of everything: (after the outline is more info dealing with each step)

At this point we have God in us, we are not anointed. To be anointed is to have God in us, on us, all the way through us like a sponge saturated with water.

At this point you have had 3 revelations, Jesus reveals Himself to you for your salvation, and God revealing who Jesus is as the Son and as the Christ.

The forth is when God and you working together have gotten enough walls down in you so God can reveal to you who you are.

I can promise you, until this happens you really have no idea who you are, what you are, what you are about. This is when you become a new creature. All old things are gone.

Your past no matter how long or short, how involved or not, will no longer seem to be yours. It will seem as if it is someone else's. You are truly delivered from your past. Before you get the idea that this means you now will be a perfect being of God, well forget it, you will never be perfect in this life. It does not mean you become someone "holier than thou" or become someone you do not know. It means for the first time you truly are an individual and you are you, not someone else. You are not a copy of Jesus (which would not bother me in the least).

Remember if God wanted beings to worship Him, to love Him and to totally be devoted to Him, He could have created them. He wanted and still wants children, independent and individuals. He wants to have a one on one relationship built on love, trust and respect, not forced or something we have no choice about, but something we choose because we truly want it. It should not something based on something He created in us or grew in us. He wants as most good parents want; He wants us to have a life full of love, joy, peace, etc.

He wants a relationship with us where we come to Him for advice not because we are trying trick him into giving us something we want, but a real relationship based on love.

It should be a relation ship that goes both ways, one in which He knows He can also depend on us.

He would rather have one that is 100% than a trillion that are only 99% like this. Haven't you wondered why He did not just fix us, remove the sin in us? Or since He knows all things, & He knew what would happen before it happens, why did He do it this way?

Haven't you had thoughts like this? If so, understand it was and is worth it to Him to go through all of this just for one.

Think of the early morning when He was arrested;

Even knowing all of this was coming:

Matthew 27

52. And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,

53. And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

Think about this if you do not believe Satan is forcing his thoughts on you.

The day Jesus was crucified was during the Passover. It was law that everyone went to Jerusalem to celebrate, so most if not all of Israel was in Jerusalem. Those who stood there yelling, "Crucify Him!" were the same ones He fed, healed, raised from the dead, and blessed in some way. How could someone blind receiving their sight yell crucify the man who healed him? They were not forced to yell, they did it by just a mere suggestion.

So if the ones who were blessed to be healed, in His presence, still could turn so easy and so fast, then how much more could you do the same?

Before you get the idea "I would not have been like Peter and denied knowing Him" or think you would have been better than they were think again. If by now you do not get the idea the only way you can ever be totally free and delivered and know the truth is by having God reveal to you who you are, by hearing His voice; if you do not dedicate the time now to start, when will you?

If you are tired of debt, lack, sickness, illness, bad relationships and all the rest this world gives then start here and now.

  1. Ask God for help in hearing from Him.
  2. Dedicate at the very least 30 minutes a day to listening.
  3. Find a place free of distractions and that is quiet.
  4. And comit to doing this for however long it takes until you actually hear His voice.
  5. And then when you hear from Him increase daily how long you listen and be obedient

I can help you know when you are that new creature I spoke of and God has revealed you to you. It is when the following verse is real and alive in you and you know it. Then once saved always saved is true but not until then.

Isaiah 10

27. And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.

I know there are those who believe we do not have the power to do either, and then there are those who think we can reject, but not accept. God gave us free will, He could have created beings that accepted Him - no matter what . He wanted beings that had ability to reject as well as accept. That means if we accept Him, WE do it, and it means a lot more.

Once we accept Jesus in our life, His blood washes us clean. We have the Spirit of God in us, which since God is a Spirit means we have God in us.

There are a lot of walls still separating us from Him even with Him in us. These walls started being built at birth and everything we see, watch, listen to, etc have added height to these walls. Since Satan forces his thoughts on us, and we have to seek God's thoughts we were overwhelmed with Satan's thoughts.

Here is another trap people fall into. They think if it is Satan's thoughts, they will stick out like a sore thumb, but they forget Satan can imitate light. So Satan tries to keep as close to the real truth without using ALL of the truth. Satan uses whomever he can and how he can. Many have been used and never knew they were used. A writer gets an idea and since it was his thought, it is his idea and he develops a story from this thought. To all it appears to be good, even of God. So no one questions it, just accepts it, and reads it and then accepts it as their own. Satan has repeated this over and over again with writers of television, movies, music, even pastors and teachers claiming to be of God.

There is a foundation laid, and on this foundation more and more is built. If you are someone like me that was in his 40's when I first started hearing from God, it can take 10 years to get the next revelation in because of all of the walls through life that were built.

Do not get me wrong, I am not perfect, I do not know it all, I am far from where I need to be.

2 Corinthians 10

5. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Paul wrote this to the Corinthians, but it is just as true today as it was then, actually may be even more true today.

Re-read the above over and over again until you think you can quote it. Read what follows a few times. If you do this and actually comit to all I stated about hearing from God and then continue to increase daily hearing from Him, you will email me with "I am free, at last I am free". You will be free.

Life Starts Here

Yes, that is right, Life Starts Here. It does not matter if you have been a Christian 1 day or 50 years. It does not matter how much you know, we all need to learn more.

What you are about to read will open many areas of the mystery of God and His kingdom to you. I am not any more special than anyone else, but I did have some things happen to me that do not happen to everyone. Plus I made choices that most never do. First thing was I died in 1985 for somewhere from 28 seconds to 4 minutes. I have seen the next life and can tell you it is real and it does exist. Also, about 6 years later in 1993 my wife and I decided I would stay home, she would work, and I would grow for both of us in the Lord. I would spend many hours learning to be able to teach her in less time. After 2 years 7 days a week and almost 24 hours a day I learned so much with God one on one that, I can say this, God is always talking, and it is like a radio; if you tune into one frequency you may hear about life and its mysteries. Another will be more of a general open discussion or teaching from God to all who will listen. Then another will be one on one, for a persons personal growth. This last one is needed and a must to learn all one can on the other stations. The idea is there are many walls the world has helped place in us and we need to remove these walls to grow,

Now if you will open your mind and ask God for help in this study you will grow in ways you never imagined. It does not matter if you have been born again 1 day or 100 years, everyone can grow.

Hosea 4
6. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:
because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

If you think the above verse deals only with priests read this next verse.

Revelation 1
6.
And hath made US kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

3 Steps to Life

As you understand that there are 3 elements to God - Father, Son, Spirit or Soul, Body, Spirit also understand that we have 3 elements as well, body, soul, and spirit. The number 3 in the Bible means unity.

We go through 3 lives:

In the womb our universe is small - about the size of a basketball. In this life it seems that the universe is huge - it is so much larger than the last, but infinitely smaller than the next.

Our life spans:

Size of Our Universe

Life -

Outcome

1st Womb about the size of a basketball

9 months

Male or female

2nd Present universe seems unlimited

120 yrs

Born again or not

3rd Next life with or without God

Eternal

Heaven or Hell

Step 1 - Salvation

In this life there are 3 steps as well, that is if we are born again.

But what is born again?

John 3

3. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5. Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

8. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?

10. Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

11. Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.

12. If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

13. And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

14. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

15. That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

16. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

So once you are born again you are saved, but you are not of the church or the body of Christ yet.

Before you get your tail feathers ruffled over what I just said, take a moment open your mind and read what I have to show from scripture. Then take it to God and ask Him, if ever you hear anything that God says is not true do not walk away, but run away from the source of the lie. Do not try to change them by debate, email, etc, but take it to the Lord in prayer and ask Him to handle it. He is much more capable to do this than we, plus He will not make mistakes, but we can and in making a mistake we may push a person even further the wrong way.

So before you do anything you MUST be hearing from God. Yes, that is right, YOU MUST be hearing from God. In the Old Testament there were men and women of God that the majority would go to, to learn the truth. Now we are ALL to be men and women of God.

John 2

21. But he spake of the temple of his body.

I Corinthians 3

16. Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

So understand that when you are saved you have the Spirit of God in you (you are a temple of God) but you do not have the Spirit on, and through you yet.

The name Jesus in Hebrew means salvation, and through the name of Jesus you are saved.

Romans 10

9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

This is necessary for all to grow and become solid in their salvation to the point nothing can ever take it from you or confuse you or make you doubt it.

Romans 8

16. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

You can only hear this when you are hearing the voice of God. That comes from your taking the time to listen and hear His voice.

Now imagine if you wanted to learn to read and write but you did not want to invest any time in it. It just would not happen. How much more is the blessing that comes from knowing God on a one on one basis. From this one on one relationship with God you will be blessed with all the fruit of God.

Galatians 5

22. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23. Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

24. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

25. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Jesus even said we would be known by the our fruit>

Matthew 7

20. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

So many take "faith without works is dead" as meaning they have to go out and work but the actual truth is that when faith works IT goes out and works. When we do it, it is not faith, but us that is at work.

Hebrews 11

1. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

2. For by it the elders obtained a good report.

3. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

4.By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

Both offerings in appearance would have been good, but only one was of faith, something that only God could see.

5. By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

6. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

How does faith come?

Romans 10

17. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Now as you grow from the moment of your salvation to the revealed knowledge of Who Jesus is as the Christ and true Son of God your growth is into being a part of the church.

A church is not buildings, or people, but individuals with personal relationships with God. A relationship that He reveals unto all and first who we are and who Jesus is.

Romans 8

16. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Step 2 - Church

Matthew 16

15. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

16. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

17. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

In verse 16 the name Peter in Greek is Petros. Petros means Peter, but mostly they both mean a "piece of the rock". The word rock is Petras or bedrock. In verse 15 Jesus tells Peter it was REVEALED knowledge of the Father about Who Jesus is as the Christ and Son of God that made him petros.

So when God reveals to you Who Jesus is as the Christ and The Son of God you are then a piece of the rock or church.

Now you have gone two steps in your growth here, 1st salvation through Jesus, 2nd becoming a part of the church via revealed knowledge. Remember Hosea 4:6 God said His children are destroyed due to a lack of knowledge. Are you starting to understand the importance of knowledge?

Step 3 - Body Of Christ

"Christ" is a Greek word that means "The Anointed One and His Anointing". Anointed means being rubbed in and on. Jesus told us that being anointed was having the Spirit of the Lord upon Him:

Another way to look at it is think of a dry sponge placed in a bowl of water. We would be the dry sponge and the anointing is the water.

Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the LORD {is} upon Me, Because He has

anointed Me To preach the good news (gospel) to {the} poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to {the} captives "

And in I Cor. 1:24 "but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, The Anointed One and His Anointing (Christ) the power of God and the wisdom of God." we are told that Christ, or the Anointed One and his Anointing is the power and wisdom of God.

In Is. 10:27 (KJV) we are told that the anointing removes burdens and

destroys yokes. A yoke is anything that weighs you down, like sin,

sickness, debt, etc...

All through the old testament times the Jews were told of a coming of the Anointed, and how, when the Anointing came, it would bring yoke destroying, burden removing power. Remember what

I Cor. 1:24 says, "Christ (The Anointed) the power and wisdom of

God." Who else could destroy yokes? God, of course! So the Jews were

looking for the Messiah which is Hebrew for the "Anointed One". The Jews

admit Jesus was a prophet and a teacher and that He did great works; they just don't admit He was the Christ (the Anointed One).

So what do we know so far;

Christ (Greek) and Messiah (Hebrew) in English mean The Anointed One.

To anoint is to rub on and in, so Anointed is already rubbed in and

on. The Spirit of God comes to us from and through His Spirit

(Anointing). What it brings are the power and wisdom of God. So

Jesus did what He did via the Holy Spirit because He was anointed

(rubbed in and on) with God's Spirit (power and wisdom of God).

Some call the anointing being "in-filled" with the Spirit of God, but the anointing comes after one is saved, of the church and asks for it, but they have to be hearing from God on a one on one basis to be anointed.

I John 2:20-27

20. But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

21. I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

22. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

23. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

24. Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

25. And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

26. These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

27. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

John 14

26. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Jesus is the word become flesh John 1:14, God is the soul (mind, will and emotions) of the trinity. Christ was the manifestation of God on Jesus. If we are of Christ we are of the manifestation of God on, in, and through us.

Understand your growth in the kingdom of God is based on the time you put in. The more time now, the sooner you will be blessed in all ways.

Below I have scripture to show you just how blessed you can be.

Mark 11

Mark 5

24. And Jesus went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him.

25. And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,

26. And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,

27. When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.

28. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.

29. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.

30. And Jesus, imediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?

31. And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?

32. And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.

33. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.

34. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

As stated in I Cor. 1:24 the power of God is in Christ, and it states in the same verses that those of Christ is of the power and wisdom of God. Not the church, not those of Jesus (salvation) but of Christ only.

And as above Mark 5:24-34 Jesus felt power leave, and the power is that of Christ. And the same power is in, on and through those of Christ. Even though someone calls upon Jesus and is saved and does have the Spirit of God in them and connected in them to their spirit they do not have the Spirit in, on and through as in Christ.

There are many verses dealing with the power in Christ, and as Jesus name means salvation, and professing as it is stated in Romans 10:9--10. As shown in Matthew 18:15-19 we become part of the church when God the Father reveals to us who Jesus is as the Christ and the true Son of God.

1 Corinthians 1

24. But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

To start understand you need to replace judging (Matthew 7:1-5) with forgiveness. If you have truly forgiven then you have also forgotten what was needed to be forgiven.
