Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. We believe a lot of the world is misled by the church of the world and religion vs the one true church. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.
Many are called but few are chosen because many are misled by false teachers Matthew 7:13-15 so we help all who wants to know the truth how to find and know the truth of and by God and not of and by man.



Elders - Leaders

Some of you may think, from reading my Bible studies, that I do not much care for denominations, church groups, or other ministries. You may even think I do not believe in the five fold ministry or elders.

Well, I do believe in the five fold ministry and elders. I just do not believe in every one that calls themselves a minister.

Five fold ministry is here to help carry the Word forward to people who have not heard it (evangelist) and then train them up in the word, mainly how to hear from God and follow God not man (I John 2:27) (teachers - pastors), to bring forth special messages to the local group (apostles) and to prophesy over those in both areas (prophet).

Elders are to help these five so they are not worn down. We should be leaders, training leaders to go forward and be ambassadors of Christ by the following of the Holy Spirit, not by warming pews every week.

I Peter

5:1 The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:

5:2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;

They should feed the flock, so the flock members can grow, not for personal gain.

5:3 Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.

5:4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

5:5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, which walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

5:9 Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

If you will follow God, not man, you will not go wrong. You need to learn how to hear from God so you can know what church body to join and submit yourself to that body as long as God is in it.

You should see growth in all areas, rotating out the old who have been trained to go forth and train up more while training up the young to do the same.

My problem is too many groups dictate their belief over God's word and get people into bondage to their theology instead of free.

If a church is always in need, always hurting and not growing something is wrong. Now churches that are growing and have needs due to growth is another matter.

You start by hearing a voice or knowing you need God in your life.

You accept Jesus as Lord and Savior in your life and then follow Him.

You follow Him by listening inward to a small, tiny, still voice and continue to listen and let it grow in you. Not just one or two days a week but every minute of every day.

I would rather have 5 come through my ministry and get it right than a million who never get it at all.
