Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. We believe a lot of the world is misled by the church of the world and religion vs the one true church. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.
Many are called but few are chosen because many are misled by false teachers Matthew 7:13-15 so we help all who wants to know the truth how to find and know the truth of and by God and not of and by man.

Trust

Psalms 40

  1. Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

Matthew 6

  1. No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mamon.
  2. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
  3. Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27. Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

  1. And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
  2. And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
  3. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
  4. Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
  5. (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
  6. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
  7. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

If you have true faith in God, then you trust God and not the world. Things of the world and the world system itself will seem foolish. Definition of faith = total trust in, reliance on, and confidence in God.

Romans 8

  1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
  2. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
  3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

No condemnation for those who trust in the Lord.

Philippians 3

  1. Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:
  2. Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;
  3. Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

7. But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

  1. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

The ways of the flesh are death, lack, sickness, sadness, & foolishness.

The ways of the Spirit are the ways of God and can only be achieved by trusting in and relying on God, having confidence in all of God's ways, or faith.

To grow is to know God, because growth comes from constant revelations in the Spirit of God about God and who HE is.

Matthew 14

25. And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.

  1. And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.
  2. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
  3. And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.
  4. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
  5. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.
  6. And imediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

33. And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.

As Peter started to walk on the water he was totally trusting the Lord and operating in the kingdom of God, but Satan (the world system) did its best to get Peter's eyes off the Lord and onto his surroundings instead, knowing that if he (Peter) noticed the wind he would doubt, and then sink and drown. Peter did just that; he took his eyes off the Lord and believed what he saw instead of what he was doing and he sank. But, Jesus pulled him out of his problem.

We need to walk in trust on the waters of our problems instead of them dictating to us how to live.

God Bless You as you hear His words and follow His leading.
