Before you read this study understand that we do not teach, we share and then ask all who read the following take it to God and verify it with Him. We believe a lot of the world is misled by the church of the world and religion vs the one true church. And to know the truth can only come from knowing, not just knowing of God, John 14:26, I John 2:27, Rev 3:19-22.
Many are called but few are chosen because many are misled by false teachers Matthew 7:13-15 so we help all who wants to know the truth how to find and know the truth of and by God and not of and by man.

Unforgivable Sin

Pastor J. R. Wilhite, author   Close Window

From time to time I get asked about the unforgivable sin. How can there be a sin that is unforgivable if all sins are forgiven.

It really is easier than you think to understand. Imagine it is raining and you have an umbrella, but you do not open it so you get wet. You then curse the umbrella, but it is your fault that you were not under the protection, not the umbrella's fault. The same is for the Holy Spirit; if you are not under the protection of the Holy Spirit you will curse it.

Matthew 12

  1. Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto

men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

  1. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
  2. Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his

fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.

  1. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the

abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

  1. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an

evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

  1. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give

account thereof in the day of judgment.

  1. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Strong's Ref. # 988

Romanized blasphemia

Pronounced blas-fay-me'-ah

from GSN0989; vilification (especially against God):

KJV--blasphemy, evil speaking, railing.

Remember the Holy Spirit is the connection between you and God and anyone under Him will not curse Him. Only those who are not under the Holy Spirt will curse Him and they also are the ones who are not forgiven.

That which is in your heart is what comes out of your mouth. I do not mean when things are going well, but when the pressure is on and things are going wrong. The right minded person operating from the heart will not blame it on God, but on himself or the world.

Romans 10

  1. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine

heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

  1. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10

  1. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Read it this way, faith cometh by hearing, and understanding by Jesus.

Read Mark 4 for understanding

John 1

  1. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Remember, Jesus said He would send a helper, and if you curse any helper He sends, that is worse than if you curse Jesus.

John 14

  1. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

I John 2

  1. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Christ is a Greek word for the anointing, and the anointing is the Spirit of God in, on and through us. So we are to be taught by the Spirit. If so, how could we curse Him unless we do not understand and that means we are not of the Spirit.

Too many have taught against the Spirit and in doing so have taught against God, because God is a Spirit.
